Managing Stress Series – Stop feeling guilty

One of the most wasteful of human emotions is Guilt. When people or your partner is throwing curve balls at you full of guilt just let them go by or simply say “No thank you” and stick to your decision. Don’t let your partner or other external factors make you feel guilty until you give in to what they want. The more guilty you feel the more angry and resentful you will be towards others. This will cause stress not only on you but others around you and ultimately your marriage. Simple rule if you feel guilty too often is to focus on the good you are doing instead of focusing on what you are not doing.
